Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife is 25 yrs old...She suffer from head pain on upper middle part of head..This pain also connect to her outer back side of both ears .She also feels heaviness in both ears . Due to excess sound her pain increases in ears and also back side of her neck. Pls advise. Pls suggest one effective pain realted medicine for pain management. Right now she is taking Tab methylcobalmine1500mcg according to Doctor advise and no any relief in pain . Her pain is continuinues sometimes pain increases,some times it gets slow.

Respected Dr., From past 1 week i am suffering from tonsillitis amd i got it checked by ent specialist he prescribed me medicines like amoxy clav etc, but its not improving i am having difficulty in swalloing and it pains. Also had fever for 3 4 days but now fever is gone. I am worried about throad or oral cancer as i smoked hookah regularly for 10 15 mins on daily basis for past 1 month. Can it be cancer or something? I am worried and very tensed for the same. Please do help.

Hello From dec 2024 I am having acid reflux issue where it started with throat issues, I was feeling like a lump in the throat, it stayed for 3-4 months, j was taking PPI and antacid, it got treated, but again after 1 month that is in may 2025 I started having dry cough again it was due to acid reflux and still I am having this. I am taking PPI and antacid again and I have done alteration to my diet and some lifestyle changes, Still I need help to cure this permanently. Please suggest.

Hello doctor, I am on a 10-day course of Cefixime 200 mg (twice daily) prescribed by my ENT for throat inflammation. I also want to take N-acetylcysteine (NAC) 600 mg as a mucolytic and antioxidant. Is it safe to take NAC along with Cefixime? Should I leave a gap between the two? Any known interaction?

Few day ego going swminng pool then fever and ear pain i saw doctor he removed vax after Ear discharge fresh water in children little hole in eardrum second opinion ent doctor say not to much worry its heel own he take 7 dayes antibiotic problem is solved but today 2 time fresh water discharge in left ear with out pain i google google se csf otorrhea i am scared my child no history of any truma and injury

I hear some air or insect like sound in my right ear. What is it. Should I check with doctor. Or this is normal.
