Stuffed nose and oxymetazoline
I have stuffed nose entire winter. I can't sleep without using nasal spray like otrivin or nasivion. I am afraid I am overusing it, i use it like a drop. Can it cause any problems if used regularly?

You should not use more than 7-10 days.....if u r using regularly it will cause drug induced rhinitis(Rhinitis Medicamentosa).
Nose will be stuffy , and congestion worsen(Rebound congestion).
Next Steps
immediately stop this Decongestant nasal drop or spray(oxymetazoline or xylometazoline).
consult ENT surgeon
steroid spray and saline rinses will help your situation
