  4. Constant stuffed nose. A very bad cold.

I've been having a stuffed nose for over a month which I clean using otrivin . But now , neither otrivin is working and I'm having a runny nose with a very bad cold.

Probably uve started suffering from Rhinitis medicamentosa. That is, rhinitis due to excessive otrivin use. Use nasal spray Fluticasone 50mcg, 2 puffs twice daily in each nose. Tab Lcz Mont once daily.
Next Steps
decrease the use of otrivin , instead use the nasal spray mentioned above
