Surgery sinusitis
I have undergone S shaped dns with mild maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis surgery on dec 8th  25 days completed I could able to breathe only through right nostril but not through left nostril previously before surgery also  i was able to breathe through right only not through left y even after surgery I couldn't able to breathe when i asked doctor regarding this he shown me through endoscopy that crusts are there so that it takes time he is saying it will be gastric issue might also cause what could be reason??

Continue post op Nasal spray and Nasal douching. Healing takes 1-2months, stop Nasal decongestant drops. Do breathing exercises after Nasal douching.

Post surgery blood clots and secretions might block cavity leading to obstruction. All surgical inflammation has to settle Follow saline douching procedure properly for 1 and half month and use appropriate sprays
