Left ethmoid sinus and left maxillary
1 month ago I suffered from sinus, then I consulted neurologist and Dr  gave medicines taxim , allegra. The pain got subsided but after 1 month I am getting sinus pain only after waking up and it is  for. 3 hrs. After that no pain arises till night. So what I have to do further please advise me . Is this serious

I suggest u meet an ENT. Have to confirm the diagnosis. Do an endoscopy and see. If u are getting recurrent sinusitis u need more treatment.
