*Chronic Rhinosinusitis.
*Obliteration Of Bilateral Ostiomeatal
Openings.
*Mucosal Thickening Of Left Maxillary And Sphenoid Sinuses.
*Mildly Deviated Nasal Septum.
He advised FESS with septum correction.
Also prescribed omnacortil
Surgery, steroid or should I get a second opinion.
