Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi sir / medam, Iam having Allergic Rhinitis and Severe Snoring problems I got to know both are interlinked . I am Allergic to Non Veg when I am eating . I got to know through the blood test report which I am Allergic to Non Veg. Tell me the top best tablet to use everyday to cure Allergic Rhinitis and Severe Snoring Problem . Please help me on this .

Isuffered with dizziness,head pressure and ear tinnitus started on Oct of 2024.i visited a neurologist and multiple hospital including cmc vellore.my mri is normal so neurologist said nothing.he gave meclizine and clonazepom.in cmc my diagnosis is b12 331 probable atypical meneiers and anxiety.i missed neurologist and psychiatry appointment in CMC ,but ent gave betahistine 48 for 1 month 32 for 1 month and asked for revisit neurologist said for mri contrast but i wasn't interested.i used only 16mg of betahistine daily and was okfor 2 months.i Even stopped clonazepom and good Sleep.but recently again I had dizziness and used betahistine 48 mg and had severe gas.now I'm experiencing head and facial pressure tounge stiffness and sleep issues.i also diagnosed with low vit d 18.2 recently.while trying to sleep some past will remember and that voice and vision is remembered  suddenly wake up from sleep. sleep is coming but this problem i can't sleep.using clonafit for sleepagain.pleasehelp

My allergy test do not gives me any positive results, I have tested it twice. My doctor said histoglob injection can help me to reduce allergies. Can someone suggest what should i do?

I have severe acidity problem for last 8 year. I started coughing up blood 8 years ago and my ENT diagnosed GERD. Post treatment symptoms subsidized but hyper acidity remained. Now from last 6 months I have intermittent left side throat and neck pain. I also feel pain while eating sometimes Also I feel chest pain in the morning. I m taking PPIs but no much improvement. Is it because of GERD?

I am having pain in left side of throat for last one month. In this regard doctor gad done endoscopy of throat . In endoscopy left side of throat was redness. Doctor suggest acid reflux. Doctor prescribed razo D sachet one time before dinner at night . After taking I am feeling well for one week .After that again pain starts in left side of throat and sometimes it radiates to ear. I am suffering from burning pain on left side of my tounge from 2 weeks... But there is no any type of ulcer or wounds or blister.... The pain temporary go away when i eat  food.... I am smoker... Hi sir, I have been itching in my ears for quite some time. 6 months ago I had otitis media. It got cured in one ear but sometimes it gets very itchy and in both ears. Sometimes it happens in one ear and sometimes in the other ear. After itching there is pain also. It gets cured for a few days. It keeps happening again. I am not able to understand what is happening. When it's itching am using candid ear drops or one cream in my ear as doctor suggested but don't now why this problem is happening
