Which test can help me
Buzzing sound in left ear since 3 years – Need advice Description: Hello doctor, I have a buzzing sound in my left ear for the last 3 years. It changes with my heartbeat and gets stronger when I bend down. Tests I have done: PTA, Immittance, and PTA with word recognition → All normal MRI brain → Normal Other details: I took TB medicines for 1.5 years. The buzzing started in the 3rd year, about 1.5 years after stopping the medicines. In the beginning, loud sounds caused pain in both ears, but buzzing was only in the left ear. Now loud sounds do not cause pain, but using earphones causes pain in both ears. When I run, I hear a click-click sound in the left ear. When I move my fingers near my ears, I hear crackling sounds for a few seconds. I also have headaches (center & front), brain fog, and sometimes face tingling. Please advise what could be the cause and what further tests I should do.
