I had been through sore throat and left ear pain after that i started hearing robotic sounds in my left ear

Do hearing test'pure tone audiometry' to assess your hearing status.. take paracetamol sos for pain relief..and anti-allergic Medicine...if not relieved visit an eye specialist....
