I always feel pain in throat and mucus stuck feeling in the throat What is the issue I tired taking tablets not working Please suggest what shall be done

Last two years I had observed nose bleeding I had taken a treatment but now from 10 days again it started to bleed only in one nose for 3-4 mins heavier bleeding

My self of age 30 years had ear pain and after four day bells palsy .. treatment for Bell palsy done Fully recovered but ear pain was not going...in dammam at that time...now return to India again shown to ent said ct temporal bone because of ear pain... photo attached of ct scan ..

I feel like I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck..Attached a pic and encircled the region where I feel so..I feel it when I tilt my head completely to the left side. Can it be cancer?

Duration: ~4+ months. Cause: 1–2 hrs loud DJ music + close shouting to L ear. Initial: Heaviness, no pain; L ear slower pressure equalization, “chuu” after Valsalva. Tightness on L jaw and some time move caused some loud pop sound and felt free. Doctors told it's just psycological and sinus conjession gave nasal drop. Progression: Continued noise exposure,train and traffic horns, poor sleep → worsened tinnitus, “tok-tok/fod-fod” with loud sounds/own voice, clicking with head/ear movement, mild L pain, occasional R discomfort. Audiogram: Initially normal; later L 30–40 dB loss(tested again after 4 months), R normal. Treatment: Audio Vit-Z (worsened symptoms), now NAC + Ubinext LC. Other: Chronic sinus, thyroid issues. Likely: Noise-induced SNHL, cochlear synaptopathy, tinnitus, TTTS, ET dysfunction. Ear sensations: Voluntary tightening/humming (tensor tympani), involuntary flutter after loud sounds, separate mild “tik-tik” movement unrelated to main muscle. stress 📈Soundsensitivity.

What is the cost of Eustachian tube balloon dilation surgery for both ears and what are the complications after surgery?

I underwent a fess, bilateral turbinectomy, and septoplasty (dns to the right) about three weeks ago and also had the first endoscopic cleaning done after 10 days post surgery. I still feel pain/itching sensation around the place where turbinates are located, sometimes there's heavy mucus mixed with blood secretions. I'm following all the post op care advise given by the surgeon like not blowing my nose , frequent saline sprays, rhinofit oxy sprays , and sneezing with mouth open. Are these symptoms normal? When would the pain go away completely?
