Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last 2 years my mom experience pain in middle ear, with eye pain and headache along with tinnitus. Consulted General physician who diagnosed tinnitus and prescribed medicine to manage tinnitus and some blood tests that all came normal. Treatment with his medicine helped managed symptoms but not cured. Consulted ENT who also treating tinnitus with medicine and that too not working. Consulted Neurologist,  who prescribed pregbaline for long durations and cannot even said that how long will take to cure. Approximately 5 months taken pregabalin that shows significant adverse effects like weight gain and shortness of breath. Recently Consulted ENT sergion for surgical procedure if any to cure this. He diagnosed TMJ disorder and said to consult with orthodontist. He also give test like Xray OPG. Reaching out to get some other opinion.

Suffering from dry cough, breathless and pain at my lower ribs in front. From the past 2 days . Before that from running nose and sneezing , body pain,  Took paracetamol, coffdryl syrup

I have sinus . The right side sinus nodes were blocked.so I had some foul smell also for some months.after consulting doctor and taking medicine I got better. Somedays suddenly I get a foul smell when I take deep breath and there is also a burning sensation suddenly when I take breath then it goes away. Can someone help me with it. This foul smell and burning sensation is coming sometime but there is no blocking

I have been diagnosed with  Acute serous otitis media. I have already taken the prescribed medicines, but there hasn’t been much improvement. Now, surgery has been recommended. I start sneezing whenever I move from a hot environment to a cold one or vice versa. I also sneeze after bathing and especially when I wake up early in the morning. Is this a sign of any allergy or something else? What can I do to reduce this?
