Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday I have slip and fall and nose landed first so lot of blood came but it stop after some time nose bone start to pain a bit so then what should i do should I rest or go to doctor immediatly

How to treat pharyngitis on throat? I am having lump in my throat for more than 4 years and it is not going. Pharyngitis most probably due to GERD or acid reflux Please suggest better medicines and remedies for throat pharyngitis.

I am 27 weeks pregnant. I have had marks in my tongue since 10 weeks.. it doesn't hurt or anything.. but it keeps on changing its shape and size.. when I looked online I got to know that it is called geographical tongue. Sometimes it is less visible and then sometimes there are huge marks.. Why does this happen? How to cure it?

MRI reports are normal and this case is majorly ENT problem. Now my question is that does there are any drop,oral, or treatment to get back Har taste and smell is there nay way possible PFA MRI reports

Last month, my daughter got a sore throat and she went to the ENT. The doctor after examining told her that she got thyroiditis and prescribed her Defcort 6mg along with Rabeprazole. He gave her 44 days of complete plan for the medicine (tapering dose was also included). She took medicine for 30-32 days following the schedule. And then discontinued due to her exam for a week. Her thyroiditis has improved but she has not completed the course. Now shall She continue with the remaining doses or just stop?

I have the  right level II cervical lymphadenopathy (1.5x1.5 cm), mobile and non-tender. FNAC revealed granulomatous inflammation with necrosis. Mantoux test and chest X-ray normal. AFB negative. In MDR-TB (CB-NAAT) test report Also Mycobacterium tuberculosis Not Detected. took antibiotics for 15 days. 2 months completed.No increase in swelling.However some swelling still persists. presently taking only supplements prescribed e.g. as water soluble curcumin and multivitamin. The doctor prescribed a PET CT scan. What would be the further treatment line.Is this tb Can standard ATT recommended or go for as suggested.

I am experiencing ringing sound in my right ear for past 6 days. I had developed cough and cold along with throat ache and had gone to an ENT specialist he had cleaned my wax but after that I am experiencing continuous ringing on that ear. Although my cough cold is now resolved but this issue still remain which is causing a lot of stress to me. Kindly advise regarding this

In 2018, I had lymph node TB and I took TB medicines for 6 months. At that time my weight was 45 kg, now it is 54 kg. On August 25, my brother-in-law was diagnosed with TB, and I stayed with him in the hospital for 15 days. Since then, I have been having a cough that hasn’t gone away. I got a CT scan done, which was normal. My Mantoux test came out positive, and my ADA test result is 52.45. Do I have TB again or not? What tests should I get done? I feel very weak at night and my cough is not stopping. Please help me, doctor.
