Left ear is getting blocked and nose is getting congestion.. Facing this issue from last 2 weeks. I have taken so many consultations from different doctors but still it's not getting resolved.

Not able to breathe properly from nose

I had left ear tympinoplasty type 1, 2.5 months back. Now i am working in IT office work. Do i need to put the cotton in the operated ear all times as in office Ac is on. Or when to use, when in travel?
