Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I block my left ear I hear a low ringing sound but I don't hear it if I don't block it with my finger or anything.i found it yesterday when I was sleeping with my left ear on the pillow. i dont hear any ringing sound in my right ear if I blocked it, only I hear it on my left ear .is it something serious?

I've completed a 3-day dose of Azithromycin and Crocin, but I'm still experiencing symptoms of sore throat, runny nose, and cough. Should I consider changing my medication?

Tab macpod 200- twice a day after meal Tab vonomac 20- once in day before breakfast Tab twagic sp - once in day after breakfast Tab Belatin m - after dinner Betadine gargle - twice in a day Syp Zerosick - took only one dose after lunch yesterday After consuming medicine for 3 days I noticed in the morning my tongue got coloured into blackish color. After doing brush color got removed by around 50-60% but darkness is still there. Just want to check with experts what could the possibles reason , is it reaction of the medicine which I am consuming?

I had slight fever, headache,cold a week back..with medicines and antibiotics I was quite well in 3 days..but last 3 days,i 'm having acute throat pain and cold.. swallowing saliva is also painful..like nails in my throat.i guess,some infection and wounds in throat..v miserable.

My baby is 11 months old. From past few days noticing his right nostril wet in the evening. But not everyday. Sometimes the discharge is watery and sometimes its little slippery. When checking with fingers it makes little string. Also, if the liquid dries in nose it makes white residue. No history of fall. But baby is having hypertonia issue for which doing physiotherapy. Mri eeg all ok. Can this be csf leak? Does csf leak makes white residue when dried? Please reply
