Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi there, I am facing dizziness and an imbalance issue. I feel dizzy while walking and also I feel dizzy while hungry. I am really stressed and frustrated please tell me. I am unable to perform basic tasks outside my house because of my dizziness. I have been through blood tests but except vitamin d and calcium everything is fine. Please please doctors please help me I am really crying for this.

A week ago, water went in my right ear. Hoping it would resolve automatically, I left ear as it. After two days of occurrence it didn't come out instead It started making prr... Sound with an echoing voice. I visited a local doctor who prescribed swelling in my eardrum but when the situation worsened, I visited an ENT specialist. He reasoned fungal infection and a perforation and prescribed a medicine and an eardrop - consoled healing. After two days of it - it started to discharge from my ear. Is it normal or should I go any further?

I am facing profound sensorineural hearing loss( 51%) as well as tinnitus in left ear since past 15 years. One ENT specialist suggested omnacortil mg , neurocoba m and tinnex.. will it reverse my problem and reduce to some extent. Kindly give opinion sir/ mam.

I had issue of frequent fungal ear  infection it's recurring and it happens in left ear only Every year I suffer with this issue, ent specialist cleans ear and prescribed medicines but after few months it again comes back

Hello sir I'm soma Sekhar, from the past two days I'm suffering with ear pain, also facing pain at back end of tongue due to sores, my ear got filled with mucous, some of it removed with cotton, but still the problem is persisting, full hearing is not happening due to blocking with mucous. Kindly suggest remedies and prescriptions

I was admitted in hospital for wbc n platelets less count that time my throat and voice was completely ok but due to dr mistake on 5th day i lost my voice on 27th march theni consulted ENT Dr he performed larygoscopy and found that i have bilateral ulceration of vocal cords he gave me 15 days medicine n voice rest ifollowed it then again next 1 month relative voice rest but i didn't followed it and talk to much againdr told me u didn't followed this but at least follow for next 1 month plz but again i did same or even shouted in one argument for 5 min which caused me so much pain now a little bit voice is coming from 15 days but nowi have a fear that my problem increased or my ulcers increased due to excessive talking for 1 month will it form to granuloma will my voice recover to normal bczi can't talk in loud voice or even horse voice coming after 20 days there will be 3 months of voice lost but not followed voice rest since 1.5 months plz tell me will it create further problem??

I have mouth ulser and it comes frequently for me Accompanied with that i have headache also I am breast feeding my 8 month old baby, so, Can i eat  multi-9 tablets??

Hello, From last 1 year some bumps are showing on my uvula ,no pain,no irritation, doctor advised it's because of acidity I took medicine also but these are not going kindly suggest. Kindly check snap.

Hi all , Is there any diagnostic tests to verify Vertigo due to inner ear disease. 1)I went to Ent ,he did some hand movements tests said I dnt have vertigo. Could be cervical spondylitis gave muscle relaxant . Didn't change anything . Infact after stopping vertin felt it was better to take it . 2) I went to neurologist , did MRi brain , cervical spine , it was normal except two spots of demyelination which in contrast MRi did not get  enhanced. Doc said means not active . He said I could have vertigo . Now when I am taking betahistine 48mg in the morning feeling fine till night , but early morning again sir is spinning . It's quite uneasy. My B12 , VIT D is within normal range . What should I do next .
