Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm taking the tablets as attached in my prescription for a day now. Nose congestion and mucus congestion has improved, however I have a persistent head ache in my forehead, upper nose areas and whenever I cough, I get a sharp pain in my Center head radiating from my back neck. Feel like lot of watery sinus pressure inside my head. What medication should I add to this list to get it cured? I'm not able to lift my head so easily Please advise doctors

One issue: I have been facing issue like clearing throat, phlegm/mucus forming in throat since a couple of months, and having choking while swallowing first bite if having meal after a long time. 2nd issue: I've been feeling muscle pain since some time so I went for a full-body checkup. As expected, the vit D and B12 deficiency. But to my surprise my IgE level is 2700 meaning the presence of antibodies? I'm not sure what's causing it. Is it due to some infection and is it also related to the mucus formation. CBC report was normal.

Around one and half month back it started with mild fever , severe throat pain and very bad cough. Day by day the cough is getting worse and throat pain is still there. Patient's weight was 89 then and now it's 82 . Loss of appetite and tiredness. Has taken 2 complete dosages of different antibiotics as suggest by doctor but still no improvement. Recently from past few days he is also started bleeding from his nose. Consulted ENT doctor and he mentioned that its due to throat infection. Now I see his condition is not improving n symptoms does not look good . Any suggestions?

My husband is having a lump just below the chin from past 10 days, there is no pain as such or any discomfort .. we visited an ENT specialist and the doc checked and told , may be coz of swelling if lymph nodes.. he has prescribed hifenac tablet for 5 days and asked us to wait for a month to check further.. I'm worried if it could be anything else.. plz let me know if the swelling in lymph nodes is normal ?

How can I treat naturally.because I fed up using those sprays and mediations .or do I have some other alternative
