Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT Even if the nosebleed has stopped, you should see a ENT doctor promptly to rule out a fracture and ensure proper management. Delaying evaluation can lead to misalignment or persistent functional issues.

Hello. Hope you are doing well now. Kindly check for any swelling on your nose and/or face. Local icing will definitely help. Although you do need to head to a hospital to get a detailed examination along with X-rays to rule out any fracture. If any fracture, you will be guided on fracture reduction either immediately or after a week depending on the swelling status
Next Steps
Visit hospital where ENT is available
Health Tips
Local icing and pain killers will take care of pain and swelling if any
