Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother( is suffering from common variable immunodeficiency(CVID) and in the year 2021 we consulted pediatric immunlogist and got to know about this CVID. Doctor suggested her to take IVIG every month but my mother gets  severe side effects( likesudden heart beat increases,chills,vomiting) during and after the IVIG process and becomes very tired.So however we are managing her to give every 3months once but nowadays the side effects has become more and more that she is not at taking IVIG.Every 3 months it has become very tough for us to convince her.Please are there any other medicines or tablets for this CVID Also she doesn't have any other health problems

Both of My ear drum was ruptured, so ENT doctor suggest tympanoplasty and one of my ear is operated 1 year earlier but there is still hole in other eardrum, can i eat cold things ?

I have nasal polyps ranging 11mm and 8mm acc to CT , my ear gets blocked sometimes and eventually sometimes throat too only at right side i have under gone dns 2yrs back still in CT it shows dns towards right , this condition is due to sinusitis or else due to enlarged styloid im bit worried seeing all those in google , i have no facial pain but mucus stuck feeling at ear and throat please tell me i am attaching my scannings too is styloid process a benign condition?? Im a first year medical student i cant focus on my studies due to this

Also my styloid process are enlarged i feel always mucus feeling an and some times right ear gets blocked and right side throat get congested i have undergone dns surgery 2yrs before but in ct it shows still right side deviation i also feel a sort of spur .PLEASE tell me it is due to sinusitis or else enlarged styloid process im worried by seeing all those in google im a First year medical student it bothers me alot & i cant able to focus on studies .i have no pain in neck and face PLEASE look after this im attaching ct reports to

I have had septoplasty and tonsillectomy surgery a month and half ago. 3 days ago I started having flu like symptoms like runny nose and coughing. I blew my nose a couple of times and 2 yesterday I noticed my sense of smell is gone. Is it Covid related so to isolate or should I consult an ENT
