Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Having ear pain and will visit ENT tomorrow. My husband says it is hard ear wax he can see using torch. Can i take paracetamol or any other salt as pain killer?

Mu sister of age 27 years leaves in dammam..she had facial palsy last month... doctor  said there it's might be due to use of air conditioning.....she is ok now.took injection and nerve stimulation...but she is saying there is mild headache and lymphnode swelling at neck. And slight pain...there doctors said not to worry recovery time will be 3 month...but she is worried due to headache what will be the reason...no other symptoms such as vomiting and dizziness..just mild headache will be for 2 hours and go..she is not taking any tablet niw

Sir/madam, I used azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone nasal spray that time my sinusitis symptoms worsen so i take herbal like thulasi, thuthuvalai in food next after that i have throat pain... and swallowing issues... swallowing issues with pharyngitis not fully cured after 6 month my neck ct normal... its due to medicine side effect ... are due to post nasal drip  and sinusitis ?... what is the solution...

On April 29, I experienced vertigo whenever I tilted my head to one side. The next day, I visited AIIMS and consulted an ENT specialist. After some positional tests, I was told I had BPPV. They prescribed Aurafree (twice daily) and performed audiometry and ECOG tests, both of which came back normal. A few days into the medication, I started feeling a strange sense of imbalance while walking, like I was swaying. Thinking it was a side effect, I reduced the dose to once at night and eventually stopped the medicine after 15 days. However, even now, I'm still struggling with balance issues. Why is this happening, and what should I do next?
