I have a slight ear pain, can you prescribe a medicine which has bo side effects and why does the ear pain occur can you explain.

Ear pain can have several causes . Most common being ear wax. Or if you have infection in the ear . Both the conditions need your ear drum ( tympanic membrane ) to be examined.

should physically show to an ENT specialist and get it examined. till then for pain relief a simple paracetamol like tab crocin 650 mg once or twice a day.

Ear pain could be due to anything. Wide variety of disorders. Needs proper checkup. There is no medicine in the whole wide world without zero side effects, not even ayurvedic/homeopathic.

Pain has many reasons to it , can be bacterial or fungal or something else also . Unless we see what’s inside we can’t prescribe anything .
