Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have ear pain and buzzing sound and depression I tried many anti depressants for my depression but it didn't Help ,I am going to ask my Doctor, for ketamine,will it worse my ear pain and buzzing sound?

I feel the sound in ears when I bend down  sai sai sound , with little pain when any loud sound is coming I feel that it is hitting my ear drum it is not smooth . It is like sound is coming and directly hitting my drum . Please suggest how can it be cured .
