Adenoids 11yr old son difficult sleep
My son 11 yr old has adenoids and has difficulty while sleeping ..using memo flag drops since 6 months not effecting..kindly suggest further action. He is twin had respiratory distress since birth.

Get the x ray nasopharynx to see the size of the adenoids,  if the size is 3-4 He needs the surgery Need physical consultation for proper evaluation

Please take x ray soft tissue neck nasopharynx lateral view…if symptoms not resolved after taking mome flo sprays .surgery is the only option sir.
