Adenoids in 3year old kid who weighs 12
Hi doctor ,my son 3year is having nose blockage from 1 month,when we consulted ENT DR ,he said it's because of adenoids and he prescribed augmented duo,alergin, leverest my,memryl nasal spray.using all these from 2days , but no much improvement in nose blockage seen. Can you please let us know what needs to be done??

child will grow out of it ..continue saline nasal drops and sos levocetrizine syp if nasal blockage is there..no need of spray at this moment

It will open gradually if adenoids is there. Meanwhile u can put nasoclear drops 2drops TDS along with all above mentioned medicines

add xylomist P nose drops 2 drops three times a day for 5 days. steam inhalation if possible
