Regarding Nose block
Doctor,
Good morning, my daughter 5years old suffering from cold for the last 20days. Doctor prescribed montelukast cetrizine and Omnacortil. We have given Onnacortil for 5days.. Montelukast for last 15days.. cough is reduced, rarely 2-3times a day.. but yesterday we saw some trouble in her sleeping because of nose blocked. All nasivion saline drops given but not worked also fever temperature shown as 98.8° in under arm.. but today morning nose blocked Can u suggest what to do next?
