NOSE BLOCKED

Hi Doctors I have the following symptoms: 1. Nose remains blocked most of the times due to which I face difficulty in breathing sometimes. 2. Head heaviness. Please refer to the CECT PNS report attached and let me know what should be the next steps. Is there any need of biopsy or any surgery? Thanks
