Adenoid hypertrophy can present with mouth breathing, snoring, recurrent infections and sometimes obstructive sleep apnea. Usually unless symptoms are severe enough to cause obstructive sleep apnea surgery is avoided at the age of 2. You can visit nearby ENT specialist for more information
