Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I noticed a swollen lymph node after a sore throat in right neck. I had taken 5 days Azithromycin for sore throat and then 5 days of Augmentin 1 gm 5days but the lymph node is still same and movable in right neck. I also noticed right side of my throat is also swollen and I can feel a hard lump above collarbone. After all these I did USG neck. I have shared the report picture. Do I need further investigation or do I need a FNAC? Is it something serious

Hello..Since past 20 days i am seeing that whenever i wake up in the morning i have watery eyes itchy eyes as well as sticky dirt coming out of my eyes..Sometimes it also happens in the day and my eyes become red..One dr gave me Olopatadine ophthalmic (eye) drops whenever i apply that day or till the other day my eyes are ok..But again they start to itch..Please help me out with the problem

Hi Doc, I always do talking and singing for 6 hours daily. Can this cause any effect on my throat. I don't shout just normal speech and singing. Is that fine if I do this activity for 6 hours daily. Can it effect my throat organ

Focal enhancing nodular thickening at base of the tongue , on left side of lingual tonsils. Enlarged tonsils. Should i get a biopsy done ? Genuine suggestions please, don't want invasive further testing.

I have rhinitis allergy for last 10 years and today after sneezing when I spit I observed blood on my saliva and then I had spitted 2-3 times again, no blood shown on my saliva. Blood is coming only after sneezing 4-5 times continuously and if do spit then blood shows in saliva. Could u pls help is it normal?

Do I have a moderate or severe dns problem  ?  I have a medical examination for capf in upcoming months .
