Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am suffering from tinnitus since 4 months. I hear nonstop high frequency sound in my ears ..sound level between 17000 to 18000 hz I am one medicine prescription of cap OTOCAP 1-0-0, cap TINNICAR 1-0-1 since 3 months . But no results. I can hear this high frequency buzzer when I am concentrating, when silence is there. Sometimes I hear suddenly 12000 to 15000 hz sound and it will goes immidiate after I rub the front and below part of ear for 10 cycles. I am on Bisoheart 2.5 mg 1-0-0 , Aztolet 10 , 0-0-1  My Sleep is good, physical activities are good , hearing also good. I can hear 350hz to 18400hz . Please suggest what to do . Only Bangalore doctors and only expert in tinnitus treating

Suffer pain in Left TMJ joint from previous few months .It also trigger upper head migrain pain. I have taken also treatment for this and condition is ok on Jan month . But from a few days now also feel same type issue. What is going behind this . And what's is the proper remedis for above.

My eosinophil level is at 10%, with a count of 617. I have rashes on my fingers, and while eating, I feel a hair-like sensation stuck in my throat. I also have red bumps on my tongue, and my uvula appears to be hanging down. Sometimes I feel a slight heaviness in my throat, along with weakness, dizziness, a fast heartbeat, and constipation. My SGPT level is also 51. Please guide me on what I should do and which medicines I should take. My weight is only 41 kg. After MDR TB, I have lost a lot of weight.

I got fever last august after that in september i got constant ear clogged and heaviness feeling with no ear drum moving in left ear. Doctor said after tests that ita eustachian tube dyfunction grade one without fluid. I took medication,nasal steroid,oral steroid,antibiotic and many more. Symtpoms dint improve. With steam and gargle it moved but bounced back. That been going for 8 months desparately i went to another doctor because i was getting itchy tongue,blister on tongue and mouth,feverish and bitter taste in mouth on and off. That doctor gave me antioxidants and performed myringotomy with tube saying it will give instant relief but nothing changed and now i have heavy and clogged ear with crackling sound. Even after 4 days no sign of relief at all. Since yesterday i see a while hostizontal line along my inner cheek. That happened after i stopped nasal steroid. So much happening. I see no hope for me. Anxiety is taking over. I am getting a feeling m not going to get better ever.

Hi, I have been feeling dizzy for 1 week. The dizziness is sudden like a jolt. It is accompanied by slight headache and ear pain. I took arzthromycin and it's 1 day. I am concerned about it. Please advise.

Sir, i ate 4 raw garlic pieces its very spicy , 2 days after i faced stomach ache , 1 month later i have nasal swelling and  swallowing issues ... its happened last year still i have swallowing issues... its due to raw garlic... which affects esophagus and tonsil... clear my doubts sir

I get a feeling of sore throat n mild tightness with the feeling of cough between the lower throat and chest only in the evenings due to which i feel suffocated and choking sensation. I m taking seroflo and levolin  inhaler, ventidox m, rablith d, allegra and montair LC. these tablets give me some relief but the symptoms have not stopped. Please suggest and prescribe some medicine.
