Cure for Spasmodic Dysphonia

I am suffering from spasmodic dysphonia from last 8+ years and I have hoarse voice If I take botox injections, voice becomes normal for 90 days. Is there some permanent cure available? Please guide.

There is no specific cure. And botox also stops working after few injection. The last resort is to cut the nerve but that will lead to voice change and swallowing difficult
