Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having a cough for the last 15 days. It happens at night while sleeping and in the morning while waking up. And green cough from nose and mouth it comes out I have a mild cough during the day . This happens to me almost yearly at this time. Now it is a little less but I have problem in the morning. please tell me some medicine Or do I need to get tested?

So After Catching Cold And I Developed Heavy Coughing Which Disappeared But since Recovery I Have Feeling of something stuck in throat issue which causing disturbance in gulping whole foods, But there is no pain feeling like something stuck in throat which causing uneasy in swallowing foods but no pain in swallowing process and top of that I have burping after drinking even water and eating foods which seems to be getting stuck, and there is mucus which I have to spit causing vomiting sensation it's sticky and white I am getting full after eating small portions I don't know what to do as I have already tested ultrasound,LFT,KFT, Sugar all normal please advice how to resolve this issue.

Sir,some times i have elevated bp ,I take ecosprin 75 mg only dose for first aid purposes on 18 feb 2024 , 20 feb 2024 i have blood smell in right nose and blood taste in mouth but no visible blood . There after 14 march 2024 have watering eyes , nasal pain and ear blockage feel i take ct scan for pns and brain mild mucul thickening in maxillary sinus and estimoid . Now i have tonsillitis and pharyngitis and swallowing issues. I take allergy tablets its little fine after stopping tablets its come again... its due to ecosprin 75mg side effects???. How can i cured sir... post Nasal drip also sir . Food swallowing pain sir shocking sensation but not shocking pls guide me sir

Hello doctors, I have been experiencing tinnitus in my left ear only. I recently visited a Government Medical College where I had both audiometry and tympanometry tests done. The results came back normal. I would like to know: What further tests are recommended to investigate tinnitus in one ear (unilateral tinnitus)? Are there any specific scans or neurological evaluations that should be done next?

I am having pain in throat from 3 day After medication pain was stop But from afternoon I feel etching in my tonsil I saw a red spot on my tonsil only that spot etching feels like lesion . Is it something serious I am so worried

The swelling as mentioned above did not occur just after surgery, it happened just 2 months later. With this swelling the discomfiture in the tongue dwindled.

Lymph node that is elongated and soft when gently rubbed ( I mean the upper part)but on pressing hard with two fingers while stretching the neck on the surrounding tissue makes it appear round and hard in the neck and it feels deep ( though otherwise the lymph node is not visible or palpable at all). I'm not sure whether it is the lymph node or not.
