Every evening I have this sudden cough after that there's a consistent irritation in the throat. I have been doing hot water gargle everyday still there's no improvement. I am unable to talk clearly as irritation happens to increase when I talk

Hi, I have been snoring a lot and waking up feeling absolutely unrested. I am very fearful of getting endoscopy done to check whenever I have sleep apnea and don't want to use a CPAP machine. Are there any lifestyle changes or any other instrument other than the CPAP machine that I can use? I am 5'5 female, age 44 and weigh 57 kgs.

Hey. My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 2 years and also right side of ear external canal get tight and little swelled no pain but little itching and tightness . Is it normal or something serious . Tonsil problem is from last 2 years and ear problem is from last 6-7 months is it normal or something serious.

I feel tightness and soreness in the lower throat and slight pain in the chest only in the evenings. My PFT TEST, CHEST PA XRAY AND ECG is normal but still I get these symptoms . I m on medication given by my physician and i m taking a seroflo inhaler as well with deriphyiliin tablet which give me relief to breathe but the soreness feeling stays as it is. Please suggest and give me some medicine to get permanent relief.

I have itching tongue on one side for past 20 days. Feels like not brushing the teeth even after brushing regularly. ( had done with denistry and implant plate on jaw 10 yrs before)

Hello sir / ma'am, From past 5 - 6 months. I have pain in my left ear only( No discharge) specially when I open my jaws, it pains. Other wise it doesn't pain in rest mode. Pls suggest.
