Hello, I am experiencing sore throat and burning tongue at a point for the past one week and mild pain in throat after wakeup in the morning (using AC).

I have dns and turbinate hypertrophy. I Have constant nasal congestion, nostril block, headache, facial pressure, breathing difficulty and dry mouth. I also feel phlegm in my throat. I am using homeopathy and also saline wash prescribed by ent. My question is with this condition and the symptoms I am having is it fatal without surgery or can I live without surgery with that discomfort? I mean septoplasty is for reducing the discomfort but not for survival. Please answer I am really scared whether my condition is life threatening

29. Male. 5'6". 74 kg. I have been having problems of apathy, anhedonia, brain fog, impulsivity and constant head pressure. The head pressure and psychiatric problems are interlinked as both occur together. In January of 2024 I ate chinese noodles wraps and milkshake for one month. At the end of that 1 month period I sat under cooling fan and I had brief resolution of symptoms. Can respiratory problems cause psychiatric and head pressure symptoms like these? Can this be related to faulty standing or sitting posture and constricted airway because of that can cause these symptoms?

When I block my left ear I hear a low ringing sound but I don't hear it if I don't block it with my finger or anything.i found it yesterday when I was sleeping with my left ear on the pillow. i dont hear any ringing sound in my right ear if I blocked it, only I hear it on my left ear .is it something serious?

After doing brush color got removed by around 50-60% but darkness is still there. Just want to check with experts what could the possibles reason , is it reaction of the medicine which I am consuming?
