Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Runny nose and mild jawpain while chewing neck line bone pain ,mild chest pain , any suggestions please

I had undergone sialolithiasis last week.Till now I am having pain in the incision area.How long will the pain remain? Cannot eat properly and having problem while moving the tongue too much(for eg while talking for a certain amount of time)

I have vaccum filled in my left ear from last 5days. I am not able to under what to do. I have used nasal spray and ear drops. Nothing seems working. Please suggest what to do?

I have maxillary sinus on both sides, but right side create blockage in nose most of the time and heaviness behind right eyes and mild sweet pain on back of tha head, Can I use saline nasal spray for this.

My daughter who is 8 year old was asked to have a surgery done remove the enlarged adenoid. The doctor mentioned she has around 0.38 npa (airway passage) to breathe . Her symptoms includes running nose . Watery discharge from nose . Frequent nose blockage , breathing difficulties . Mouth opened while sleeping and little snoring. It all started with ear infection in the month of November and then in January she complained about ear pain and nose blockage. Doctor mentioned she had ear infection and turbides in nose are swollen . Treated for same . After a month again in March she complained about nose blockage . When X day was done, they reported as adenoid hypertrophy . My request is if surgery can be avoided ? Any form of medicine be it Ayurveda or homeopathy . Anything that helps to avoid surgery and get some relief from this for my daughter . Please suggest , I stay in Bangalore . Need some doctor who could help us pls Thank you!

Started with sore throat and Cough mucus is more Fever today 99.9 Headache Pain around the eyes Blocked nose. Is this something serious. What could be the root cause of it

It's comes and go after taking antibiotics ,every month it comes when antibiotics finished it cure and after 1month suddenly it starts please suggest what I hv to do???

Initial Symptoms: On Thursday, 6th March, I experienced a fever of 101.7°F. I took Dolo, which brought my temperature back to normal. After the fever subsided, I developed a sore throat with some cough. The cough was particularly severe on the night of Saturday, 9th March. Ear Symptoms: On Monday, 10th March, I started experiencing twitching sensations in my left ear. By the evening, this escalated into severe ear pain. Current Condition (Sunday, 16th March): My left ear is still blocked, and I hear a muffled voice from that ear. I still have some cough and mucus. Major relief in cold as I am coughing a lot less now but my ear is giving me issues, could it be a Eustachian tube dysfunction or a eardrum rupture? Please advise on the next steps.

I have loss of smell as I was unable to smell a killed rat or alcohol or perfume around 4  months and I also have hay fever allergy is this loss of smell or should I consult a doctor
