Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I am 35 yr old male taking thyronorm 50mcg before 3 months it's 6.2 now I checked it is 1.17 should I reduce the dosage or should I continue 50 mcg kindly suggest me thank you doctor

I am having some white pus type in right ear. Also having ringing in ear. Please see the image. Is it ear infection?? Please suggest.

I had slight fever, headache,cold a week back..with medicines and antibiotics I was quite well in 3 days..but last 3 days,i 'm having acute throat pain and cold.. swallowing saliva is also painful..like nails in my throat.i guess,some infection and wounds in throat..v miserable.

My baby is 11 months old. From past few days noticing his right nostril wet in the evening. But not everyday. Sometimes the discharge is watery and sometimes its little slippery. When checking with fingers it makes little string. Also, if the liquid dries in nose it makes white residue. No history of fall. But baby is having hypertonia issue for which doing physiotherapy. Mri eeg all ok. Can this be csf leak? Does csf leak makes white residue when dried? Please reply

Redness and soar throat near tonsils from 2 months , 2 ENT says acid reflux but reflux has already stopped but still not cured, I fear if it's hpv or what? Can I do any test to check the same?

Dear Doctor, I was informed to take Xray for cervical ap and lateral to check any cervical issue as I was having pain over my neck that went through the shoulder and imbalance issue but the report is normal but detect some nasal block related and ask for steam inhalation also due to my chakkar (vertigo) and pain on back on head just behind ear (left) side she prescript vertin 16 and said there is some issue and not sure what but will be ok after 3 days... I want to learn what could be the issue with this report attached for nasal and what could be this pain or imbalance during climbing or picking things from floor and lots of dizziness and vertigo and slightly pain behind the ear left side and part of the head.

I have black patches and white mark on my tongue. I have attached photo here. Would you please suggest what it indicates?

My father is having black patch iside the mouth and in his lip corners. which sometimes increses and decreases. It is pain less. Blood doesn't comes out. its just the spot. he is a non smoker and non alcoholic and doesn't consumes tea or tobacco. please help

From past two days im feeling like something is stuck in my throat and it develops gradually after waking up. When i wakeup up there is nothing but after an hour it again starts. No pain but sometimes i have acid reflux problem.
