Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My daughter is having grade 3 tonsils do we need to remove it through surgery or can it be treated with medication

One week back I had a sore throat, it was painful while swallowing food. My parents also suffered from sore throat at the same time. Since then I noticed this painless hard lump in the right side of my neck as pointed with my finger in the picture. I had taken Azithromycin for 5 days and the throat pain went within two days...but this lump is still there. Is it due to the infection or something else? What is the treatment for this lump? Can it be anything serious? I am concerned as this lump is situated in the extreme right and down side of my neck with no pain. But the throat pain was near tonsils.

Sore throat and blood come with mucus sometimes , blood spill comes with it which makes mucus red in color

You can describe the situation like this: My wife has been suffering from persistent sneezing for a long time. Last year in August, we consulted a doctor in our hometown who prescribed the following medications for six months: Crixtan 250 mg Fexofenadine 80 mg However, even after completing the course, the sneezing issue still persists. We also done the ct pns test and report was normal. Looking for advice🙏

I had mouth ulcer inside mouth and feeling lump in middle neck but not able to see outside please suggest, feeling lump size some what round

I am having pain in front and back of the ear  swelling is also there but it is not visible that much ...but while opening my mouth it's paining there what could be the reason behind this

Hi Doctor, I have issues with nose blockage, runny nose, too much cough even if I swallow I can feel it. Whether it's summer, winter or rainy season. If I come in contact with direct air (somewhat cold) then I used to have a cold. Even if I take a bath with cold water during summer also, it happens. I usually cover my face when I sleep directly under the fan or in front of the cooler even in the AC, I used to have a runny nose. Whenever I woke up in the morning under the fan I used to sneeze. I have had coughs and cold issues since childhood, so not sure exactly how many years I am dealing with. I tried medication multiple times, till I was on medication I felt good then I stopped taking it and again the same issue. I have attached a CT scan report too. Please check let me know how to get rid of all these issues.

While clearing earwax i hurt my ear canal, it was bleeding for some seconds. I can hear a dull ting sound constantly in background in left ear even though the wound appears to have dried up.

If I use flashlight and i see my nose i can see reddish in deep of my nose and sometime blood is also coming through nose cough is this any concerning? And is also have lot have lot of cough

I just observed small uncer like things in the throat all over the place. I felt something weird since yesterday like when I'm swallowing I feel there's some texture. No pain/ redness/ throat pain. But just that small ulcer like things. Please help I'm so scared.
