Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In2020 I had ear infection in my right ear which got treated after two weeks. but still I have hearing loss in right ear. in 2024 when I got checked it came 4000 khz  noch mild hearing to some said its due to nerve dammage some said its due to allergies. then in 2025 I felt hearing loss so hence checked with the doctor. in right ear I had eardrum swelling and left ear had wax. after a week I checked with doctor they recommend to check the hearing you need to get your ear cleaned. they used ear syringing. my ear wax soft before cleaning my left ear hearing was completely fine but after ear wax removal I feel I have hearing loss in my left ear too now its a week when I talk to doctor they said its not possible that cleaning leads to hearing loss I feel some sound when I swallow  or yon I feel something is their is it possible due to cleaning of ears person can suffer hearing loss. now so can anyone explain what exactly is this and can it be cured permanently with homeopathic medicine.

Hey. My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 2 years and also right side of ear external canal is swelled without pain but tightness sometimes . There is little bit of itching and needle like pain in throat and tonsil and tightness in ear . Is it normal or something serious as it is now there is from last 2 years I think. Many Dr. Replied to go to doctor and many reply to connect but no one tell by seeing picture whether is it normal or not. Please reply is it normal?

I have throat pain and cold for 3 days my nose is running sometimes and blocked sometimes my throat is paining so badly along with that I have head ache what to do for this I haven't taken any medicine can I use nasal inhalers for nose block?

Since 6 month I have been suffering from severe burning sensation in back of my nose and pharyngeal area. Severe after wake up in the morning, consulted with lots of doctor some said it's a silent riflux, but some said it's a congestion in ppw. I don't understand what to do . Thick mucus deposited on the pharyngeal area in the morning. Tried lots of medicines antibiotics and PPIs but not get relief.. kindly help

Hi Doctors, From 5, 6 days, I have mild pain on my right side of throat and also sometimes the pain is in the ear. Additionally, I also feel pain in my right jaw around last molar tooth. I am not sure the pain in the throat is due to teeth or vice versa . Also,  I am also having acidity and can sometimes feel the acid in my throat. Can you suggest to me what I should do or any medicines or home remedy to try. Or if this is anything serious and needs immediate attention? Thanks

Cough with phlegm and running nose since 10days. Took moxifloxacin for 5 days. Now slight inflammation in ears and pain in throat while swallowing. Took cough syrup as well

I am having pain in throat for last 10 days without any fever and with little cough. I have complete azithromycin course for 7days without any fever montair LC and OTC pain killers. After taking pain killer it is relaxed but comes back again. Kindly suggest.

I'm feeling uncomfortable in my throat. Not sure whether it's phlem or other. But I always try to make hmm hmm sounds to make my throat free from that uncomfortness. What could be the issue.? How can I cure and prevent that.?
