Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

After wisdom tooth removal had swelling all over left side of my face neck and difficulty opening the mouth ,chewing and swallowing at same side and hardness of cervical node just below the extraction site but after 15 days was feeling ok but there was issue when a bone spur appear I visited to dentist in aiims they given me anesthesia and removed it after that problem rise again problem in opening the mouth when try to open mouth pain in my throat back of the tongue and ear even when I am walking pain near ear jaw muscle my submandibular gland swelling still after 2 months I am facing the issue .... Endoscopy done nothing found cect done which is gone RC discussion because the report of the ct says ( Well-defined small homogenously enhancing round to oval soft tissue density mass lesion involving the left buccal mucosa and inferior gingiva-buccal sulcus with maintained surrounding fat planes. ) but both dentist and ent specialist said there is no problem in buccel mucosa or any thing

I am facing ear itching both sides from last 7 years. I have shown to many ENT specialist and everyone confirmed there is no infection and ears are clean completely. But still I am getting itching everyday Please help

My father aged 55 is experiencing vertigo since 10 days mainly every morning after wakeup first 7 days responded well with vertin 16 od but since last 2 days even vertin 16 BD is not helping much and even in evening vertigo is happening. Around 8 months back his brain MRI (regular checkup) and everything normal in brain showed right ear chronic mastoiditis though no other symptoms like ear discharge, pain ,redness, swelling present. He has hypertension but no medication running right now  though we will start soon and were taking readings( remains 140-150/85-95 in morning and 135-145/80-90 in evening ) . He also has cervical spondylosis (neck pain and shoulder pain since 1 year). Earlier also occasionally he got vertigo but once in 1-2 month only but now regular since 10 days. So tell whether we need to evaluate incidental MRI findings of RIGHT CHRONIC MASTOIDITIS or not needed as vertigo linked to Hypertension or Cervical or mastoiditis??? Heard mastoiditis can progress as well??

I had a few questions as following : - Is there any drug / medicine developed in India or outside (but used in India) to treat hearing impairments? Or do we follow the traditional treatment of anti-inflammatory and anbiotics medicines? - Are you aware of any ongoing researches for the said drug developmet? if yes, could you please name them? - Do you know any Indian pharma or biotech companies who are working in this domain? Have persistent sinusitis with throat infection and headache. Took antibiotics ceftum 500, Montek and defcort 6mg. Does not go away. I get fever in the evening. Any suggestions! Thank you!

I doctors I have chronic pharyngitis for long time or I can say . It's habitual. But this time it troubles a lot to me. Cough continuous coughing thick mucus. Feeling something stuck in throat. I took consultation and visited doctors . But no improvement is shown. Doctor prescribed augmentin duo for 7 days with zerodol sp and a mouth gurgle. But no improvement. Hi doctor, I have been suffering from throat pain ans ear pain few months. It comes and goes. When I swallow, drink, sneeze, burp it hurts. If I catch cold it is more severe. If no cold pain is mild. But it is not going away completely. What to do?

My vocal cords have nodules so what l can do to overcome this problem And l also go with many ENT 's priscription but nothing fruitful .l am frustrated now
