Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had sore throat three weeks back which got resolved within 5 days of Azithromycin. I also noticed a swollen lymph node in my right side of neck after sore throat and one in left side of neck. The swollen lymph still persists after 5days of Augmentin 1gm. I have shared USG neck report in the picture. I am again experiencing mild pain while swallowing and noticed redness in throat, picture shared. Please guide me if this is something serious? Does it need any treatment?

Hi.. I'm a 36 year old male experiencing sinus blockage issue from last several years. Due to this I suffer frequent headaches often...even my smell senses are kind of gone and rarely can smell anything...tried few medicine but no ease...kindly advise

Breathing problem during sleep, due to this unable to sleep in closed room. It's feel like i was unable to get enough oxygen. Due to this i was get into panic mode. Need to out from room into open space like balcony. Kindly suggest please . Thanks in advance !!

Often when I wake up I find blood stain in my nose along with dry particles but today I food fresh blood with mucus is it due to cold or dryness

I have constant dizziness which increases while laying down. Constant swaying feeling g and sometimes spinning. Bppv was diagnosed in may 24 with left side vertigo but now there is constant dizziness

Negative for malignancy Impression: Features are suggestive of epithelial hyperplasia (leucoplakia). Comment: Advised clinical correlation and follow-up.

Hi i have tonsil stones white colour stuff stuckd in my tonsils causing bad breath i pressed my both tonsil with my finger white substance came out liquid n stones like things small What should I do to remove this tonsil stones

I had tympinoplasty type I on 26th march 2025. I am told to keep the cotton in the left ear. When i wake up in morning and change the cotton, i see some yellow liquid on the cotton. Please help. Doctor saying its normal. But i dont feel good about it.
