Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am using the same perfume for so many years but now a days my throat starts paining whenever i use my perfume. What should i do to improve this situation?

My 5.4yrs old daughter had tonsil and adenoids surgery in December 2024..after that she is getting cold and thick green mucus with cough...till now it happened 2 times after surgery...what can be the reason,??? What should be done?? Plz help..weight is around 19.5kgs

She gets cold very frequently... on exposure to dust cold air any irritant,etc. she sneezes a lot everyday especially early in the morning as soon as she wakes up. And after sneezing her cheeks and eye gets swollen.. sometimes it gets so swollen that the eye completely shuts close. She gets intense headache and jaw pain along with ear pain. Sometimes she also gets throat ache and it looks like the tonsils are getting swollen. She once got treated with antibiotics for peritonsilar abscess but it occurs again and again. Her main problem is severe sinusitis because of which the cheeks and eye swells. She always has a cold sneezing and swollen eye almost everyday. Even when she takes stress she starts sneezing. What will be the solution to this? We got cbp ige and vit d tests done. The eosinophil count always remains high like 9 or 10. The IgE level also is high that is 789. VIT d is 4.3

I developed red spots/sores on the roof of my mouth this morning that started paining while swallowing, they do not pain now but are uncomfortable

Since few days I m feeling irritation in my throat.feeling like kuch atka hua hai .so I did my ct scan oral cavity suggested by my dr .I m attaching report plzz suggest is this serious or not??

Reply only Bangalore doctors I am 61... Am on medicines Bisoheart 2.5 and Aztolet 10. And Rijumet 500 mcg ( only 3 months to bring hba1c below 6 . Am extremely strict on diet..now sugar or sweets. Non alcoholic and pure vegetarian. I walk monthly 150 kilometres minimum..it means 5 km per day. And also I am hyper active . Since 2 months I am suffering from tinnitus often. My hearing good. But am gone through extreme stress since last 3 months. My audiology test was good. Tried tab Stugeron plus on prescription but it was okay on first course of treatment..now not giving any result. Any suggestions on treatment.

Feely weak and dizzy sometimes and heart palpitations. TSH has fallen to 0.018 test done on 21.11.2024. T3 is 1.74 and within range but outer margin T4 is 12.10 and within range but outer margin. Should I increase or decrease my Euthyrox from 75mg ??

I had a cough and cold 1 month before and I took antibiotics. Again I have cough and cold, shall I take antibiotics again? Can we use antibiotics after 1 month or will it be quite early?

Hi, Is there any genetic test available to assess whether the Aquired hearing loss (got at the age of 18) is genetic or non genetic? Answer to this  would be really helpful to know whether next born child gets affected or not .
