Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Have sore throat pl help certizine is right medication suffering from yesterday what could be possibility for illness

Whenever I get a chest infection / congestion , my voice becomes very hoarse .... it takes a long time for the voice to come back ....this is inspite of taking augmentin 625 mg and montelucast for 5-7 days . What should I do ?

I had a stapedectomy in my right ear on Jan 14, 2025 and hearing seems to be improved as of today. From February 3, 2025 after getting exposed to high wind I started feeling my left ear is clogged and continuous ringing sound causing pressure in my ears and also on eyes (mild) and making me tired soon. My surgeon had prescribed Bilashine 20mg tab for 7 days ( only for night), Duonase F and Naseline spray twice daily, but these didn't work even after 7days. Unfortunately, my surgeon is not available even on phone and consulted another doctor. Can I take 'Ebast DC' prescribed by another doctor (only for night)  and continue nasal sprays for another 7 days?

Having blisters on tongue past 3 Days so uneasy and pain on touch at anterior end of tongue both side

I am Jude Serrao aged 19 , to be honest I used to smoke a lot of cigarettes a day daily and drink alot of alcohol for 1 year . However I quit for some time but then again relapsed but now I'm clean , from 1 years time I'm having reddish like thing on sides of my tongue but also on left side I have a whitesh like patch with small 2 boil like structures and a small vein like structure and when touched it continuously it hurts the vein like structure, it's been for 1 year I had checked it out with 2 local docs , an ent surgeon of 20 years experience he told me it's 100 percent not cancer but the cream he gave didn't work then I went to an oncologist of 20 years experience and he told me to check out with dentist as he might suggest it is because I have sharp teeth which is actually a fact but honestly it's lasted this long is really concerning and I fear I might have tongue cancer 😭😭😭😭 please anyone is there hope

Persistent Cold and Runny Nose for 2-3 Months.. I have been suffering from a cold for the past 2-3 months. I experience continuous sneezing, sometimes 5-6 sneezes in a row, excessive runny nose, and a cough in my throat. What could be the reason, and what should I do next?

I did check up with 2 local docs and an ent surgeon of 20 years experience while he told me it's 100 percent not cancer and gave me a cream though it didn't work then I went to an oncologist of 20 years of experience and he likely told me to visit a dentist, the real reason I'm extremely concerned is because it's lasted for more than 6 months almost a year now plus the left side 2 redish ulcers like things have become slightly big though there are still small but still I'm extremely concerned please is there any hope it's not oral cancer 😭😭😭😭😭

My daughter is 7 year old and she is having grade 4 adenoids and grade 3 tonsils. It is suggested for surgery. Please help me to understand how painful it will be and how long it will take for her to recover. Is there any way without surgery this can be cured.We are giving homeopathy medicine from past 3 weeks but there is no improvement.

Severe throat pain, unable sollow even water. Nither able to speak. Pain is on throat along spreading in ears.. Had taken zerodol sp but no help. Currently diagnosed with H1N1 Medicine having moxclav 625 and Antiflu for last 5 days. In a very painful condition.pls help
