My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 2 years and also right side of ear external canal is swelled without any pain but sometimes itching and tightness and now from last 2 days I got a red blood type little spot on my right side of tonsil plss check is it is cancerous or non cancerous (benign ).

Eye Floaters and burning eyes in morning
