Hello. Hope you are doing well. BPPV unfortunately can be a recurring issue and you need to get a repositioning manoeuvre done at a healthcare facility under the supervision of an ENT specialist coupled with vestibular rehabilitation exercises once under supervision later can be done at home.
Health Tips
Word of caution : avoid jerky head movements, lying flat on bed ( semi reclining position while lying down), air/ train ( long distance travel ) for atleast a week.
