Hi Doctors,
I have been facing vertigo attacks for the past 3 months.
It started like when I walk for sometime and then stop, i feel like losing balance and falling behind.
Now, it's always like i am going to fall to the right side and if i am watching someone then i feel like should suddenly switch to different object or different person otherwise dizziness increases. I am not sure whether i should call it vertigo or dizziness but it's like i am going to fall to the right. when it comes, my anxiety level goes high rocket. After a few mins or so i get normal.
On the very first occasion, i did check the Cardiologist to rule out any heart related issues. everything was fine at that time.
A month ago i checked my vision as well, i have a mild longshitedness in right eye but Dr said that this won't cause vertigo.
After some research I feel it may be related to my inner ear or BPPV. Also i dont have any clue on what triggers this vertigo. it happens suddenly and goes away.
