benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or BPPV is a very common cause for Vertigo. There is always chance of recurrence after treatment of BPPV. You need to under Epley maneuver for this episode of BPPV and if you get further recurrence then you need to be evaluated for other associated problems such as migraine and lifestyle issues which can cause recurrent bppv
