Middle ear infection
Hello doctor, I have been experiencing recurring ear problems for the past 1.5 years. The symptoms usually improve after treatment, but they keep coming back after a few weeks or months. I suffer from recurrent acute otitis media, which causes severe ear pain and high fever during episodes. Every time I take antibiotics or prescribed medicines, it heals for a while, but the infection returns again. Along with this, I have chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD), which leads to constant pressure and fullness in both ears. My ears feel blocked most of the time, and there is frequent popping and discomfort. I also have severe tinnitus, especially at night — the ringing gets very loud when I lie down and affects my sleep and focus. I have also done my ct scan of hrct temporal bone Which showed jugular bulb dehiscence in right ear. Thanku
