Hello Doctor Aasim here from Andheri West. I have swelling and pain in my nose, since last 2-3 days. I was also having fever since yesterday. I do suffer from sneezing, common cold etc normally. It is allergic I feel. I am taking crocin since yesterday. So the fever is somewhat under control. I also bought otrivin oxy nasal spray and am applying every 8-9 hours. But the pain and swelling in nose is still there. Please advise if any medicine I can take. Also, some days back there was pain in the back of my neck, so I applied volini and it is gone. I was drinking cold ice sorbet continuously for past few days, may be this is because of that, so I have stopped ice sorbet now.

Hello, I had ear surgery tymnoplasty 3 months ago. My ear is still heavy and itches. My eardrum is also white. Sometimes I get severe burning sensation when medicine is applied in my ear.

Hi there, I am facing dizziness and an imbalance issue. I feel dizzy while walking and also I feel dizzy while hungry. I am really stressed and frustrated please tell me. I am unable to perform basic tasks outside my house because of my dizziness. I have been through blood tests but except vitamin d and calcium everything is fine. A week ago, water went in my right ear. Hoping it would resolve automatically, I left ear as it. After two days of occurrence it didn't come out instead It started making prr... Sound with an echoing voice. I visited a local doctor who prescribed swelling in my eardrum but when the situation worsened, I visited an ENT specialist. He reasoned fungal infection and a perforation and prescribed a medicine and an eardrop - consoled healing. After two days of it - it started to discharge from my ear. Is it normal or should I go any further?

I am facing profound sensorineural hearing loss( 51%) as well as tinnitus in left ear since past 15 years. One ENT specialist suggested omnacortil mg , neurocoba m and tinnex.. will it reverse my problem and reduce to some extent. Kindly give opinion sir/ mam.
