Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling a daily headache on both side temples and front nose bridge and the back of my head , MRI of brain is normal, I want to know sinus can cause this type of headache, I am also feeling popping in ears

I have mild difficult swallowing for past 1years But for last 6 months very difficult to swallow meat, chicken, dry hard solid foods. Feeling food stuck in Oropharyngeal Sometimes when I burp I feel something in throat. Even I burp every single sip of water. frequently I have small tonsil stones in tonsil. I get burning burp when I eat something tangy spicy sometimes. I have painless small lump below jaw bone from  past  infection I think .size less than 2cm .It doesn't shrink nor grow. Is anything to worry? Last week went to ent. Doc take ugi endoscope. Results are mild gerd. Doc suggested antacid and tablets for 30 days Dysphagia isn't relief. I had mouth ulcers white patches and i went to dentist he said it was caused by a traumatic bite. There is also a red swelling in cheek and under the tongue I feel like a painful swelling with a blister is there which I can't seem to find but it hurts both the sides of under tongue and also the main vein under the tongue has become reddish. Also near the tonsils behind the uvula I have tonsillitis which has white dot like structure. Normally when I used to have tonsillitis I used to have high fever cold but nothing is there for now except for swelling ridges. Also I have cobblestone throat. I also felt left side pain in stomach and pain in back muscles which I had suffered in an injury long back. The doctor is saying everything is because of Gas. He thinks it's GERD. But can gerd cause mouth ulcers, painful blisters near tongue and cheek lining, strep & cobble throat  ridges behind uvula. I used to heavy smoke for 4 months 5-6 a day so total 700 cigs in 4 months. Should I get a biopsy?

Whether this thyroid test reports are normal or not.                                  Kindly confirm.

Before  3 months, I did some health tests as I am feeling redness below my eyes , my TSH slightly higher t3 t4 normal, but anti TPO is normal, should I start medicine or not

I feel discomfort in my throat . I feel i have something in my throat when i use hot water with salt  i get relief but after 20-30 minutes it comes back And past 4-5 days i use corn flour with noon(salt) chaai . I am worried about it . 😥

2weeks back i suffered with cold and cough,i took montek-LC, Azithromycin after that subside.but some thick mucus discharge present while blow nose, now since 2 days i am suffering with left side jaw tooth pain upper and lower, left ear pain, tonsillar like pain but there's no redness and swelling in tonsillar region.please tell me the reason and prescribed some medicines
