Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing headache since the past 3 days, I went to the doctor he said it is due to sinus since while breathing my nasal pasage on the right side seems blocked. I have been taking medicine but the pain reduces till the time the medicine is there, after that it starts again. The pain is in my right forehead, ear, throat and cheeks. Also I had put a dental filling in my right lower molar sometime back, could this be due to that also? Or is it sinus related?

Benign cyst surgery in the mandible region, can not open jaw completely. Can not chew food. How many days will it take to restore to normalcy?

From past two days i have been experiencing unusual feeling that something is stuck in my throat and no pain but it feels very worse cant do anything without thinking about it. Everyday in morning it doesn't feel but gradually till noon it feels like something is stuck.

These type of red bump coming on the upper lip and there is no pain. These bumps are automatically go away and coming. Please tell me what is this and what to do

Its been 3 months I see the blood in spit saliva ( 4-5 spits ) once every alternate day . I have gone through all test ( chest ct scan , upper gi endoscopy. Stool test , nazal endoscopy , larynxscopy , 2d echo , tmt bleeding disorder )but all reports were quite normal ( mild gerd and gastritis ) . Need suggestions. I have shown to multiple doctors ( ent , gasentrologist , cardio , general, dental ) but unable to find the solution. Now ent has asked me to do the face ct scan, should I go for it ? Need help. Some doctors have suggested to ignore it, it will settle down on its own . Attaching my reports and medicines I have taken. Please help . I took some antibiotics and medicine to stop bleeding. It stopped for 20 days and it was back. Chest ct scan was normal. It gets over in few spits but not everytime like once a day ( alternate)

Under tongue swelling and slight swelling unfer the left jaw it started last night and has got more prominent but i cannot feel substance when im grabbing it

I have been having loss of balance problem for over a year. I recently tested my vitamin D and have vitamin D deficiency Vitamin D level is only 8.77ng/ml. Does Vitamin D deficiency cause loss of balance feeling and does correcting the deficiency cure the loss of balance problem?

I am feeling ear popping and pain in my nose bridge and redness below my eyes , feeling sleepy all over day and sneezing many times a day , feels dizziness, I am taking a  billast M tablet but not relief
