Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello good evening. I am experiencing very little pain in right ear. I am having cervical pain since 4 days ..starting from neck and going to right side of head and a little bit on the ear also Sometimes only it's happening. Pls help me with some medicine.

Last month i got diagnosed with cervical spondylitis.I was having pain in neck so doctor told me to do xray n usg.In xray it shown c6c7 gap is midly reduced and straightening of neck with oestyphytes..In usg in shown lymph node of 16mm After 15days we repeat the usg and now it is 14mm.So what should i do next.Now doctor said to do usg after 3months.My esr is 60..Rest my all reports are normal.Should i go for mri as i still have pain in neck.

My son aged 2 years is very frequently scratching outside the nose, when observed carefully we saw a small swelling like a polyp inside the right nose. We took him to our paediatrician, he suggested metaspray and told us not to worry about it. But the condition still persists. Is it something to worry about? Shall we visit an ENT for this.

I noticed small cyst in my outer ear - pinna and I'm having mild inner ear pain. Is this normal. I have attached image

Hi doctor, I am intake more water daily as feeling of more thirsty, however my thirst is not over even i took more water.
