Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please prescribe me a proper and long term medicine for my dry throat , tightness in the throat with pain and cough. This happens only in the evenings and there is mild soreness as well due to.which when I sit down for dinner I get the feeling that I may choke. As well as I get frequent burps as well and feel nausea and feel like some liquid comes up with the burping and after this I feel a little choked to swallow but then within a few minutes I feel better. I m taking deriphyiliin r 150 with levolin inhaler and seroflo inhaler Alongwith  ventidox m only at nights with this course of medication I get some relief. But I want a permanent solution or a single medicine to control this symptoms.

Dr told i have mild dns for that i am facing blocked nose often pharyngitis sinusitis often Which is the better test to perform ct pns or nasal endoscopy.

I have chronic sore throat and visited my ent and physician several times in the past year.Did fiber optic laryngoscopy once and doctor said all okay. Doctor usually dismiss saying that it's allergy .In Jan my IGE was 150iu/ml.i have acidity issues also.2 weeks back went to my ent and he said all looks okay and I don't have any clinical symptoms. When I came back home I found this lump in the back of throat.though I don't have any other symptoms,I am not sure is it normal.kindly sugggest what should I do??I did a total of 4 visit in last year to ent 3 to physician and and they dnt recommend any further testing.why I am not getting a proper line of treatment,I have visited a good well know ent surgeon in my area but my questions are not answered.

I have had a whitish painless spot near  the uvula. I have no other symptoms like fever or anything. Just the spot had been there for several weeks now. I have attached a picture for reference. Is it something concerning?

One year has been passed away , I am continuously feeling ear popping and heaviness and nose pain , due to nose pain , feels also in back side of head , I have consulted at least 6-7 ENT specialist Have done CT SCAN PNS Pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, All test normal , CT SCAN reort I am attaching I have course of antibiotics a lot of time even double antibiotics therapy, Using fluti Flo and L HOIST tablet from last 3 month , but not reliving

For 3  years, I had a problem with ear tinnitus and ear feeling full.  In 2023, was diagnosed with middle ear fluid which was removed with a procedure called myringotomy. However my problem doesn't seem to resolve. I have always felt my ears are full and feel pressure around the nose, forehead and nearby ear. When I go out for a walk, especially when it is airy, I feel dizzy and feel as if I will fall. This has reduced my confidence of being active and created kind of anxiety. Consulted many doctors and used sprays. But nothing seems to have resolved my issue. Attaching my recent CT PNS Report. Need suggestions on how to get this problem resolved 😞

Pain in inner right side ear after using buds It continues last 4 days Pl give some advise any ear drops

For 3 years, I have clogged ear issues along with tinnitus. Consulted many doctors. I was diagnosed with middle ear fluid for which I underwent myringotomy procedure in 2023. After that, i was feeling better. But a couple of months later again I started to feel heaviness around the ear, nose and forehead. Exposure to strong winds makes it worse. When I walk for 30 to 40 min, I feel heaviness around ear and feel dizzi. At times I feel as if I will fall. Recently done CT PNS and attached the report . Kindly check reports. Need suggestions on how to overcome this problem and what would be the solution for the same

Are my Tonsil glands swollen? Pic attached Sometimes even while stones are visible. Throat sometime pain on touching only. No swallowing pain Anything related to psychiatry as i have ongoing meds

I have Bppv From last 3 months with spinning sensation...Vng report says left side bppv and affected in all canals positive...I have had maneuvers and medicines spinfree vertin from time to time...wat other things i should do to completely get rid of it...Is there any home exercises.
