Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I'm taking immunotherapy treatment from 2.5 months still I feel some sore throat symptoms and wheezing May I know how much time it will take to work for better results?

Recurring ear infection for adult , itching and discharge on one ear. History of sinusitis last 1 year

I have this tonsil enlarged on one side and there ia a white spot below it there are no symptoms as such i can eat properly i have no fever

Sore throat and dry cough dry eyes no fever pain in throat dry mouth tried allergy medicine with paracetomol

I feel very severe pain in both ears when I walk up , and the popping sound, no nasal congestion, due to ear pain , I also feel severe headache

From the last 5 months, I have been feeling very severe headache and ear pressure and pain when walk up in morning, Have taken antibiotics a lot of time Continue doing steam inhalation Valsalva manuer Fluticason fluorate Audiometry test normal Impedance audiometry normal Brain MRI and PNS attached, pls advise what should I should do , I am very depressed

Whenever i travel by bike or when i sit in ac, or change in whaether my nose always block, i dont have any dns, or nasal polyps, neither i sneez nor water from my eyes, just blocked nose and unable to speak

I have intermittent pain behind my ear and armpit and side of my chest below the armpit on both sides . Imagine reports of thorax and head and neck ct scan attached .also mri of neck attached and shows normal. After that 1 week course of levoflaxine completed and symptoms goes but again started for last 10 days.

My wife has some kind of polyps in nose... ent doctor adviced to take montek lc and fluticazone on regular basis for 30 days She had a rhino 5 years back... please tell what to do? She has sometime running nose and bleeding but it's improving Ps she is doing nasal irrigation also

My mother is diagnosed with right vocal cord immobility issue. She is also diagnosed with ulcer in food pipe last week. She is not able to speak (hoarseness) and is facing issue while swallowing food. Is ulcer can impact vocal cord? We have started treatment of ulcer in food pipe which helped in swallowing food with liquid.
