Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My nose starts to water randomly for 5 minutesor so every time i get up fast or move a little fast. Earlier it was leaking continuously for 3-4 days. I dont have any cough or cold. Also i am having dull headaches for past few days

I have dry cough , running nose and one side throat pain and midle jaw pain from 4 days , recently blood test done and esr is 42mm/hr is that indicates asthma please help

While hearing music in earphones, by mistake volume goes high maybe 100% for few seconds ( maybe 10 seconds) until i turned off. Did It caused any damaged? I am concerned. Feeling little pain in right ear, is it temporary, will resolve by its own?

I got my impected wax removed , doctor did it manually using curette, suction and irrigation for long time to make wax soft ..I would like to get an advice can irrigation caused any effect in inner ear which caused tinnitus . shown to many doctors all says ear canal and drum is ok .

I'm suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction from last 3 months. Ent doctor prescribed Furamist nasal spray, Pulmoclear tab and Montek Fx . Can I take Levocetirizine ( Montek lc) instead of Fexofenadine? Is fexofenadine has any advantage over Levocetirizine?

Please help with this (right side swelling) Hi, attaching image of my mother, she has this right side swelling. We have consulted local doctor twice and he has said its normal. The swelling is soft, painless and squishy, and varies in size depending on position. She has been a thyroid patient for some years, and a diabetic. Her reports (thyroid and cbc) are also normal. From fast few days I have weakness in arms and legs or like restlessness in legs while laying down and feeling weakness in my left arm and hand and I get to loss of certain things like alcohol and dead rat . Is this normal or should I consult a doctor

I have allergies and due to that sinusitis . I started usings furamist nasal spray and in 2 days a lot of mucus green thich started coming out . Also i m taking montekLc at night. Should I continue using it ?
