Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

USG OF NECK : Both lobes of thyroid gland are normal in size & echo. No focal lesion is noted Isthmus is normal in thickness Bilateral submandibular gland are normal Bilateral parotid glands are normal An enlarged lymph node measuring approx. 3cm x 2cm x 1.5cm is noted in right level II. Necrosis is noted in the node. Impression: features suggest: Necrotic lymphadenopathy in right level II This is the usg neck report In blood test report esr shows elevated as 65 Hemoglobin is 11.2 rest all the blood report shows normal except neutrophil shows 73... FNAC is to be done today.. Please tell me is this malignancy or TB or any other infection???

Hello i had severe strep throat and took Amoxicillin for 7 days now again' after 3-4 days my throat is hurting I'm currently in my ovulation window and trying to conceive can I take Amoxicillin for my thoat I don't know what to do I also have white patches at the back of my throat how can infection start again please help

On 3rd March I had sudden pain in my ear and I have used a drop ciplox ear/eye drop so it stopped but again today around 12 pm again it's starting paining and I used that drop but the pain is increasing what medecine should I use or what remedy I can do for the pain relief

I was having  acid reflux for one month, then I developed sore throat, and throat pain. I consulted ENT specialist he did the endoscopy and said that the throat is having having severe infection.  Though acidity is cleared now, but have ulcer in mouth. Doctor  said it will be cured, but will take some time. He gave antibiotic, other medicines, and suggested to gargle three times a day. I just wanted to know how long will it take to get the throat infection clear. What to eat and what not to eat in this infection. Thanks
