Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Pls suggest genuine solution what should i do.... as one of the doctor suggested that continue "AUGMENTIN DDS" and another doctor suggested get admitted immediately. Pls give your suggestion

Hello Dr. My right side of tonsil is bigger than left side from last 1.6 years no pain but it have holes sometimes I feel tightness in right side ear canal and right side throat is it is normal or something serious?

Hello doctors...every morning i woke up , my nose feels congestion and i sneeze so many times during morning and afternoon time..... ..... at evening time my nose feels open again and then night i sleep, and morning i woke up with congested nose again and sneeze during all day... ..... but i don't have runny nose, cold, cough,fever or any other thing, only nose congestion followed by so many sneezes during the day... . please suggest what Tab should i take? ...thanks

I had some sound in ear. Went to ENT. After tests, it came that there is negative pressure in ear n nose tube. I told about snoring and nasal dischrage. I also told jim about my LEFT tonsil inflamed after 1 month of chronic cough and repeated tonsillitis. And then after my treatment i had no congestion or tonsil pain. But one of my tonsil seemed slightly bigger than other . He asked for X Ray PNS (water view) and SKull AP view (styloid) I underwent it and as of now i didnt get any reports but i am little scared if this x ray film has some abnormality. Can any Radiologist see and confirm?

I amexperiencing random pain for few minutes in throat, neck, ear and jaw. Also  while eating , I feel congestion like  something is stuck in my throat. Also I got some ulcer in mouth. I also have acid reflux, for which I am taking dsr, antacid. Acid reflux is improved now, but the throat congestion and the random pains are still there. Please suggest.

Doctor, I need some help on clarifying if I need to take paracetamol as prescribed in the attached prescription. I doubt I really need to take a paracetamol 500 ip tablet and how it is used for ear infection problems. I am concerned about taking it twice a day.
