Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Doctor I have been experiencing persistent itching in my ears for the past month. The discomfort is frequent and sometimes intense, causing irritation. The itching occurs in both ears, though it may be more noticeable in one ear than the other. The sensation usually comes and goes throughout the day, but it has been continuous over the past several weeks. Could you please advise on possible causes and whether I should seek further treatment or if there is anything I can do to alleviate the itching .

Hi doc. My baby girl  is around 9 months old. I found that since 2-3 days her left ear emanated a fouling smell and when I checked her ear it seems that ear is releasing some liquid and  moisture is also found in ear. Smell is very bad..pls suggest doctore there is a serious issue or precaution and medicine which should I give to her

Hi! I am 34yrs old male. I have slight nose bleed episodes from last 9months. Around 2 to 3 times in a month i see 5-6 drops of blood each time from my nose. I have done my CT. It came out to be normal. Then ENT doctor suggested for aptt test it came as 49.5. Then Doctor gave 3 Vitamin K injections for three days. Then aptt came normal. After 1mnth same thing continued. I again went for test. Now my aptt came as 39.1 which is slight above normal range. My Aptt is increasing on its own. I have consulted haematologist as well. She asked me to do Aptt mixing studies test which I did in which all parameters came normal except Aptt value. What to do now? What can be the reason of increasing Aptt? Which doc should i consult now to stop bleeding and makin aptt come in normal range?

Around a year ago , had a right ear blockage . Settled on its own in 4days .Jan 2025, again the same problem cropped up . General physician prescribed wax drops , cold meds and antihistamines for 5days. In 2 days the ear popped open and was ok. 10 days back , inserted a q tip to clean ear wax , it went back to being blocked . Put the drops for 2 days , on no relief consulted with a ENT surgeon . He said ear wax obstruction and flushed it out with water via syringe . A black hard mass appeared on the tray and my voice echoed as I further spoke . 5 days of antibiotic drop was prescribed . As soon as I came home , I noticed a heightened sensitivity to sound : water falling from tap into ground , utensil sounds were more louder and sharper . Digital audio from screens felt different . I don't have tinnitus nor any hearing problem but this sensitivity to sound is really bothering me . Been a week of the procedure , how long it will take to subside on it's own or do I need to do something ?

Dear doctor, I am a non smoker and non alcoholic, I am 29 years old. I have white bumps in buccal mucosa, In my mouth exactly 8 years before  I had oral sex with a sex worker, I have tested for all stds. After 6 months all came as negative. But at that time I have noticed this oral infection in my mouth on one side of my cheek which is not painful  from long back. I showed it to the ENT doctor recently without explaining the cause, As per his update it's an oral hyperkeratosis caused by cheek bite but I never experienced any cheek bite. I just want to get rid of this infection I don't want to spread this infection to others. As I have to go for my marriage Kindly check the pic please share your knowledge based on that I will proceed to the next step. I also shared my tongue as well , There is one small tiny red color wart as well , Please give  me the correct response 🙏

I have been using hearing aid for past 10 years and hearing keep on decreasing as the years goes on . Need to know whether I'm having SHL or mixed hearing loss, if I'm having mixed hearing loss, and having otosclerosis and can be correct with stapedotomy and will it improve my hearing ability??? Please advice and both hearing loss about 85db

I have ear pain and buzzing sound and depression I tried many anti depressants for my depression but it didn't Help ,I am going to ask my Doctor, for ketamine,will it worse my ear pain and buzzing sound?
