Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have done ct scan PNS and impedance audiometry, puteton audiometry, mri brain normal now doctor suggested for nasal endoscopy, as I am feeling ear pressure while lying down, all reports are normal I want to know nasal endoscopy is better over ct scan pns

Currently I am having a cold and throat infection.  But Suddenly while checking my throat i found, " My right lesser horn is feeling bigger than the left lesser horn in the hyoid bone. Feels like a swelling".  FYI,  I did a laryngoscopy 3 months back and everything was fine. Please advice 🙏

I have been spitting few drops of blood whenever i wake up. Be it in the morning or in the afternoon nap. I am noticing this since i had gastritis issue (8 months back) but then i am cured well and now on a proper diet meaning no coffee no tea and no junks and taking only fruits veggies probiotics etc I thought its only because of some gum issue, but the blood seems to come from throat. Now that am 3 months pregnant and still having this blood spitting issue. I am really concerned.... Can someone please tell what could be the underlying cause? Whom can i consult for this?

My new born baby of 3 months is having cold since a month as of now using saline drops but still cold is not getting better. Baby is snoring during night is it a cause of concern.

Suffering from last 3 months doc said its pharyngitis all prescribed antibiotics but no relief Then said gerd then use acti acid tablets but no relief Ultra sound neck is normal Throat swab culture test is normal Symptoms While talking or eating feels muscles twiching No pain in throat just tightness Sometimes burning sensation Sometimes left ear area side low pain Sometimes under jaw area low pain and feels burning sensation Helps me iam very tense from last 3 months Because i have tobacco history

I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis in October 2021 and I took medication as prescribed for 2 months as I was asked to take prescribed medicine for 2 months. After that too allergy didn't go away. So another doctor told me to take cetirizine or montas L whenever allergy comes. I have been taking those medicines only but taking cetirizine for long time is not good for health, I've heard from many chemists and all. So I wanted to know whether there are other antihistamines for allergic rhinitis? Also I take precautions like I stay away from getting exposed to cold temperatures and all.

My father is suffering from high fever, mild blood through mucus with high cold and mild chest pain . What would be reason for this 🙏🙏
