In most cases, an ENT specialist usually start with medical management. If there is no adequate response then surgical correction to address a deviated nasal septum (DNS) or enlarged turbinates, may be considered. However, It's important to have a proper clinical examination by an ENT doctor, as CT scan findings alone may not give the complete picture.
